个人简介
钱川,男,1990年6月出生,副教授,硕士研究生导师,中南大学博士,韩国成均馆大学和延世大学博士后,于2021年1月入职湖南师范大学。现研究方向为基于高有序异质结薄膜的有机场效应晶体管,探测传感器和人工神经形态器件等,在国际重要SCI学术期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中作为第一作者在Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials等期刊上发表论文十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,湖南省科技创新人才项目和湖南省自然科学基金青年项目。荣获湖南省优秀博士学位论文。
