李进，中共党员，博士毕业于北京邮电大学（“国防卓青”与“国家优青”团队）。博士毕业后就职于网络通信与安全紫金山实验室（国家6G战略科技创新基地），担任无线通信研究员。之后，在北京邮电大学，信息光子学与光通信全国重点实验室从事A类博士后研究。聚焦面向6G的智能网络建模、控制与优化领域，通过新型AI与数字孪生等技术，提升6G网络的“自动驾驶”与“确定可靠”水平。

在该领域，已累计发表国际SCI期刊/EI会议论文40余篇，其中第一/通讯作者在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics，IEEE Internet of Things Journal，IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management，IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等领域著名SCI/EI论文16篇，累计谷歌学术引用超过2000次。参与CCSA标准立项1项。申请国家发明专利18项，当前已授权7项。主持国家自然科学基金等项目3项，作为核心骨干主研国家重点研发计划，国自然联合基金等科技部和基金委重大重点项目4项。
