刘华伟 校聘副教授

个人简介

刘华伟,男,中共党员,校聘副教授,2020年博士毕业于湖南大学,导师为潘安练教授(国家杰青),博士期间曾在美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校交流学习,博士毕业后继续在湖南大学从事博士后研究。主要从事低维半导体纳米材料可控制备、界面物性调控、光电子信息器件应用等方面研究,已累计发表SCI论文50余篇,包括Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Nano、Nano Energy、Light Science & Applications等期刊。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、湖南省创新平台与人才计划-优秀博士后创新人才项目、中国博士后基金面上项目等,参与多项国家基金委和科技部重大重点项目以及湖南省重点研发计划等项目。

课题组依托湖南光电集成创新研究院,拥有完备的材料制备、微纳结构表征、超快光学以及微纳光电器件实验室,具有一套完整的电子束曝光、电子束蒸发、紫外光刻、ICP刻蚀等半导体芯片加工工艺平台。欢迎具有材料、光学、物理、电子、化学等学科背景的学生加入。
