周伟昌,男,理学博士,校聘教授

2001.9-2005.7 湖南大学应用物理学专业,获学士学位

2005.9-2010.7 湖南大学凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位

2008.9-2009.10美国亚利桑那州立大学电子工程系联合培养

2016.3-2017.3 爱尔兰都柏林圣三一学院纳米结构和纳米器件研究中心访问学者

2010.7-至今 湖南师范大学物理与电子科学学院,校聘教授

主要研究方向:

1、低维光子学材料:量子点团簇、半导体纳米线、范德华层状二维晶体

2、新型光电子器件:光电探测器、发光二极管、气体传感器、突触神经元
