Professor Victor Belyaev, born on 12 April 1951 in Sovetskaya Gavan Khabarovskii Region in the family of a Navy Officer, graduated from Moscow Institute for Physics and Technology (MIPT,TechnicalUniversity) in 1974. Specialty: Automation and Electronics. Professor of Moscow Region State University (MRSU), Principal Scientist of Division for Scientific Investigations and Projects, Chairman of Department of Theoretical Physics, Scientific Leader of Education & Science Lab for Theoretical & Applied Nanotechnology.
